Howard Payne University seeks to meet the educational needs of working adult students by offering several of its general education requirements, a bachelor of criminal justice and, a post-graduate degree, master of educational in instructional leadership through online education.

Undergraduate Online Programs – Enrollment Requirements
Every applicant must provide the following:
1. Application for Admission. Click here to Apply ONLINE
2. High School and/or college transcript(s).
3. Official ACT or SAT scores (not needed if the student transfers more than 12 college credit hours).
There is no application fee for the graduate program.

Graduate Online Program-Enrollment Requirements
Students interested in enrolling in HPU’s Master of Education in Instructional Leadership should submit the following:
1. M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership application form
2. Essay
3. Three references
4. Official transcripts
5. School district endorsement
6. TExES PPR
7. Personal interview
